Executive Director
I believe in the power each of us possesses. That we can make the world we live in a better place if we start the change with ourselves.
I contribute as a facilitator, coach, and consultant. I help those I interact with unlock and showcase their potential in everyday life.
I lead various organizations, including CDM as Executive Director since 1997. I have been a member of the Board of Directors of OD Network Europe since 2021 and co-chair since April 2023. I was also a member of the Board of HR Club between 2008 and 2022. I learn every day. I graduated in Automation and Computers in 1990. In 1994, I completed an intensive "Train the Trainers" program and obtained a "Diploma in Management Development" in 1997, both at Roffey Park Institute, UK. I earned my PhD in Management in 2016.

Therefore, in the programs she facilitates, she encourages individuals to understand their own behaviors within the broader context of their work system and relationships with others; to recognize “learning” when it happens and find solutions to sustain it.

Managing Partner, CDM Consulting

She has delivered corporate programs as well as those specifically designed to address the unique needs of a target group, with participants at all organizational levels – executive committees, directors, department heads, team leaders, and specialists.
Her preferred topics include leadership, interpersonal relationships, change management, etc., addressed in integrated programs consisting of several modules, with supporting activities interspersed between modules and tracking practical application.
She is passionate about understanding human nature and aims to create an atmosphere in her programs where participants feel comfortable, allowing open and sincere discussions. She encourages the exchange of experiences and mutual support among colleagues, as well as the expression of differing viewpoints. In this way, each participant has the opportunity to broaden their perspective, question their own beliefs, and make decisions about experimenting with new behaviors or attitudes.
