Open Courses
The open programs for skill development are designed for employees from various companies, offering them the opportunity to learn and share experiences in an interactive environment. These courses are conducted in groups of 10–15 participants, ensuring a group dynamic that encourages active participation and the exchange of ideas. The training sessions include discussions, practical exercises, and relevant case studies that help participants understand and immediately apply the acquired skills in their work environment. We support immediate application through the creation of participant support groups, with the assistance of CDM facilitators.
