In a pessimistic scenario, you may find yourself in a situation where the environment or expectations have changed so much throughout the project implementation that by the end, when you finally achieve what you initially set out to do, that goal may no longer be relevant.<\/p>

For these reasons, the Agile<\/strong> approach to project management is particularly suitable for business areas where trends and the business model are constantly \"felt.\" It is also appropriate for urgent projects that cannot wait for a full traditional project cycle.<\/p>
