A total of 273 individuals in decision-making positions (executive directors, HR directors, trainers, project managers, department heads, etc.) from companies in various industries (automotive, pharmaceuticals, commerce, manufacturing, transportation, banking, construction, IT, services, etc.) participated. The structure of the studied population was as follows: 62.6% of respondents were from multinational companies, 23.4% from Romanian companies (13.9% did not answer this question); 44.3% held positions in the HR field, while another 44.3% held roles outside this domain.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>The aspects highlighted by respondents as being most important for organizational success were employee motivation (68%) and communication efficiency (66%). Approximately one-third of respondents emphasized the importance of clear work processes, clear priorities, and clarity of roles and expectations.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>The skills most frequently mentioned as necessary to develop at the employee level were: leadership skills (79%), communication skills (77%), time management (70%), and project management (69%).
