Our growth began with a well-structured three-year program, funded through the UK\u2019s Know-How Fund and delivered by Roffey Park Institute, UK, with which CDM has been affiliated since 1997.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The initial team consisted of 8 members and began operations on October 1, 1994.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Managerial Development Center Foundation was legally established in May 1995 by the British Embassy in Bucharest, Dacia Felix Bank, Banca Transilvania, the Cluj Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture, the Cluj County Council, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, and the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
