Our experience with CDM is primarily related to the program dedicated to developing managerial skills at the front line of management in Delonghi, Team leaders.
It was an almost 18-month program, designed to bring into our work toolkit the tools necessary for a versatile manager but also the skills necessary for consistent and, above all, efficient day-to-day application.
It was an extremely pleasant journey, not only instructive. Together with the CDM team, we learned interesting things together, we discovered new perspectives for our mission. CDM built with great generosity, attention and competence a beautiful team spirit, of respect and interest in understanding and learning.
